Building Hope is our campaign to build a permanent facility for Living Hope EPC.
A permanent place to worship together
Living Hope EPC has been working toward a permanent worship facility that could accommodate up to 300 worshipers, along with classrooms and gathering spaces for our growing congregation.
How we got here
The campaign began in 2018 with a generous donation of 6.2 acres along Route 15. Over the next three years we completed initial design work and permit applications with Prince William County.
Pandemic-related cost escalations and site-specific expenses made the original property unfeasible, so we've placed that land for sale — hoping that simultaneous marketing with the adjacent Park Valley Church property would attract buyers interested in both parcels — while actively looking for parcels better suited to our needs. We're currently in talks on a promising piece of land.
